Another issue I had was that it wouldn't patch because the location was C:program filescyberlinkpower director 15power director 15. I ended up moving the second power director 15 one level up (to it's parent folder) and then patching it and it worked. I then moved the entire folder back to where I originally installed it. It's a pain but it worked! Should be easier if you install it in the default directory right off the bat.
